Grout Sealing

Professional Grout Sealing

Grout sealing is one of the most important steps towards maintaining healthy grout and a step too often overlooked.  We offer grout sealing services to seal existing grout in any tiled area. Any newly cleaned or newly installed grout needs to be sealed. Builders typically do not seal the grout in new construction, so it is extremely important to seal the grout before first use. If you do not have your grout sealed, it will absorb water, bacteria and stains which is not only unsightly but can cause damage to your grout lines. Our proprietary grout sealer will repel moisture and germs which helps prevent the growth of mold and mildew, stops stains from forming, helps prolong the look and texture of your grout and makes cleaning a breeze.

*Sealed grout will turn water drops into beads!

Helpful Tips

Over time, harsh cleaners can destroy the grout sealant. We recommend using Grout Doctor Neutral Cleaner on your sealed grout. It is safe, effective, and very gentle on your grout and tile.

How do you know if your grout needs to be sealed?  Sprinkle some water onto your grout lines. If the water beads up or flows from the grout, your grout has been sealed. If the grout lines turn dark or absorb the water, the sealer needs to be replaced or reapplied. Call us today to have your grout sealed by the experts!

Natural stone also needs to be sealed. Learn more about our natural stone sealing service here.
